Expat housing near Blok M

Hi,

We are moving to Jakarta very soon and are looking for housing near Blok M. We're not sure whether we prefer an apartment or townhouse. We need at least a 3 bedroom, and we like the Taman Puri Oasis complex except that the to townhouses seem a little old. Our priority however is security and nice facilities since we have a child who will want to run around outside and use the pool etc.

We also like thePakubowono for their facilities but their3 bedrooms seem a little small and the price seems to be higher than a lot of other places. Is there another place likeTaman Puri Oasis that has newer houses?

We know there are a bunch of places in Kemang like Kemang Club Villas etc but we don't want to live in Kemang as it is a little far from Blok M and is quite congested from what we've heard.

Instead of asking their budget, why not tell the price of the two places you have.

I own a 106 m2 3 BR Apartment, fully furnished at Permata Hijau Residence - a 4 year old Apartment which is quite new.
It is located near enough to Blok M, and even nearer to Senayan. So it would be a good compromise.

Rental fee is 13 Million Rp per month all inclusive.

Thanks for the reply about out your apartment, but we are looking for a townhouse since a 3 bedroom apartment would be too small for us.
