I use Mandiri too for my banking transactions. Same as BCA, I use their mobile banking and e-banking. To the larger scale of banking usage, I use Mandiri for payroll of my own employees and also for the employees of the company I work for. So far there is no hassle, they are very helpful and friendly. Their ATM are also easily found, and the queue in the Bank is not as bad as BCA.
