Oh I tried it again after I got back from the US (from BCA to BII)..turned out there was a problem with BII acct (they insisted of course it was "BCA's problem")...so maybe it was not a token's issue after all!

Clicks CIMB Niaga suck, don't use it. I am not sure with other banks, but if you got transfer from another currencies than USD (e.g AUD; EUR,etc) to your IDR account, they will convert it first to USD before hit your account !!!

I use KlikBCA for three years, but since 3 months ago my KeyBCA Token got broken and I need to repair it, so long story short, after I got the KeyBCA replacement, it got broken again and again, so I have to go to BCA office for 2 times (and there's a long line, I literally have to wait for more than 30minutes to get replacement), after my third KeyBCA didn't work, I gave up. (note: I didn't do anything like drop the token, etc, I just put in on my table)

Now I use Bank Mandiri Internet Banking, so far so good.

Harryts, I know this post it is about internet banking but I am curious, do you have any idea about how much is the deposit bunga in Mandiri Bank?

I have used Permata Bank for the last 5 years.

The internet banking is great, I get ATM card with my $ account, so can use it just as normal debit card. Exchange rate is always good. They are friendly and offer both UK and Indonesian language on both telephone and internet.

Let me chime in if you don't mind. We have a Mandiri account because I have found their on-line banking system to be better operated, with less down time and more extensive offerings than most. On the other hamd, the interest they offer on demand and term deposits is not competitive. We use Mandiri for household financial operations -- bill paying, credit card, etc. but we invest idle funds elsewhere.
