The prior owner, as as well as the present owners, have applied over a span of at least sixteen years now for a change. It still shows, as of this morning, the original owner's name.

I would think that as a matter of good practice and proper state administration, BPN would have reported to Kantor Pajak who the new owner(s) are. Over a span of 16 years. Make no mistake about it, the power and ability of taxation, including proper systems for it and coordination among state agencies and bodies, is perhaps the quintessential hallmark of a strong state. Remember, no money, no honey.

I'm not saying that you didnt tell the truth about this fact, but this is absolutely wrong in the process of balik nama in PBB. Or somethings going on terribly wrong in Bali's Kantor Pajak. I've been doing the name changing so many times for our property projects not just in Java but also in Kalimantan and Sulawesi and never had I encountered this.

If one applies for the name changing of PBB in kantor pajak, completed with all the documents needed, they will have a Tanda Terima Berkas signed and typed by the taxman including the date of when the files will be finished and their case number. Usually it will takes only a month process. In the mean time if they want to know the progress they can bring this Tanda Terima to Kantor Pajak or phoning them.

Tips : If the current owner of said land wants to have their name in this year tax, they will have to apply this name changing before the tax of current year been published. If they do it after it published, (usually it will be in March and due date will be in September), their name in PBB will be shown in the next year tax.
