I am needing to find a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment in Jakarta West. I need a 1 year lease and only have a budget of 30 million. Its not a lot, but I have suddenly had a massive change thrust upon me and thats all the money that I have available for a years rent. I do need 2 bedrooms as I have a teenager with me.

Due to the location of my work place Puri Garden Apartment is ideal.I have already checked out the office and another agent, the pickings are pretty slim (one dirty dog box of an apartment) and grossly overpriced.

I plan to repatriate to my own country when my current contract finishes in 11 months time.
