Setting up a local business with NOMINEES?

Hi

I am currently planning to set up a business with a local friend. I would like to secure my 50% stake in the company through a nominee or a lawyer/solicitor who can hold 50% in my name.

Do you have any experience with this? Who could I best contact to get more info?

have you checked out www.okusi.net ?

I have met their founder Gary Dean for consultation on company set up matters in their Jakarta office in Jl. Thamrin.
My impression was that they are very professional. I've read about other forum members being pleased with their services too.

Check out the "company establishment" section - they offer nominee solutions as well.
