Free Flights to Aus?

When they asked what was the purpose of my visit to Australia, I replied that I was going there to renew my passport since there was no U.S embassy, consulate or office of any sort in East Timor. At first they doubted my intent, and then they covered uttered a gratuitous rhetorical question about how sorry they were to hear that the great Uncle Sam did not have the capacity or willingness to service their citizens in Timor.

I know NZ is very beautiful. It has tall mountains, alpine settings, snow, rivers and volcanos. The desert is for sand flies!

personaly I would have said..beautiful country, fantastic women excellent food and wine and friendly people...

Hey we have the Snowy Mountains, excellent Rivers, Tropical Rain
forests, and a Temperate climate too when it get's too hot up North and of course Kakadu ...
Not too mention, the bronze suntanned girls, who just love a Yankee accent, and despite what smatams says, yes many do the first time, and so do the Kiwi girls.. . so when you do to NZ, it's only a short hop from there. ;}

Australia is a beautiful place to visit and my last 2 visits were unforgettable. I nearly changed my mind to do phd in Melbourne instead of Harvard. Beautiful place, smart people and good food. I’m a vegetarian and enjoyed myself there
