Im Elina and i'm kurdish. Im planing to move to jakarta next summer. My fiance is already there and working.
How is Jakarta? I'm excited to move to Jakarta but i don't have much information about the city.

Hi Elina,
I am glad to read your post. I have been living in Jakarta for about 4 years.I like it here. The city is always alive. Colouful shopping malls with large vareity of restaurants. Most of the indonesians are smiling , polite and friendly people. There are not many iranians here.There is not iranian store in Jakarta to buy special groceries like: Kashk, Aloo khoreshti, sabzi ghormeh, reshteh ash,... . I recommend you to start to learn basic Bahasa Indonesia using online sources.You can listen to audio lessons in http://www.learningindonesian.com I am not sure to be here next summer but I hope to meet you in Jakarta.
