Residential areas near Tangerang

Does anyone have any idea about Fountain Blue residences in BSD area? Do expats live there?

Hi...i wonder where do you live now, but if you work at Lippo Karawaci area, you could find lots of houses and apartments either for sale or for rent here and there are some schools, such as:
1. Sekolah Pelita Harapan
2. UPH College
3. Sekolah Dian Harapan

The traffic from and to BSD - Karawaci is also not so good though.

Absolutly agree with samantha. Karawaci is best environment in tangerang. Option are amartapura apartment, karawaci golf condominium, or try landed house arround boulevard palem raya karawaci, rent fee vary, arround 13,000 USD yearly basis contract. Depend on type. There is also town house version such as taman hijau, taman elok inside Diponegoro Cluster. Town house cost arround 4000 USD per year full furnish.

Don't know fountain blue, but we live in 'the Green' - clusters include Venetian, Vineyard, belaagion, Manhatan - Very nice and lots of trees. Schools include Sinarmas World academy and Jakarta Nanyang School. Hospitals - Eka is very close.

In Karawaci, we also have Siloam Hospitals which is very near and without traffic jam.
But yes each area has its own advantages and positives side. We are just too happy to live in Karawaci because we don't have to worry about the traffic.
