    Can say I've ever heard sepong being used for BJ. Is it just a Jakarta word?

    What I know is main karaoke or isap.

    Alia or anyone else have you heard the expression - lima tangkap satu or lima kosong satu?

    Make the shapes with your hands and I'm sure you can work out what it means. ;p

    That is probably specific to Medan. If I have to guess, "Lima tangkap satu" is something similar to "Rosy palm and her five sisters".
