I'm 27 years old and currently teaching science, physics, calculus and english in a dutch secundary school.
I'm searching for a job teaching or managing in indonesia. I've been teaching in the Netherlands for some time and have experience in all ages from 11 till 25 and all kinds of levels of intelligence. experience in different teaching methods and techniques.
In my current position I design the experiments, I do the tutoring, prepare students for examinations in english, guide students for big projects and organise certain activities. These tasks are on top of my teaching tasks.
I'm also good at managing people. I'm managing 250+ students in my classes and managing staff during activities as well. I know where to place people in their line of job, see their strengths and benefit from it, how to help them develope more interests and knowledge for my staff, how to improve their work quality and motivate them to do better.

I'm flexible, knowledgeable, communicative, able to imagine what my students/staff are thinking about, balanced, open-minded, good in reflection, high competency in tutoring, teamworker, and a good educator

My maturity, practical experience, and eagerness to develope myself makes me an excellent teacher/manager
