Just registered, American and Filipino in China very interested in Indonesia

Hey everyone, I was asking around at another forum about places my Filipino girlfriend and I might both be able to find good teaching work after our current contracts in China expire, and Indonesia came up as the most appealing place.

I'm in my 3rd year in Zhengzhou, Henan, and I never really wanted to stay past year one, but circumstance obviously wasn't in my favor (it's hard for her to get good paying work in most desirable places). So when Indonesia was mentioned as someplace that might work for us both, it immediately piqued my interest.

Right now I'm here on the board to do some learning (considering a visit in Januray or February during Chinese Spring Festival), but with any luck come next year I'll be here as a resident. Looking forward to getting to know you and the country.
