Hi. I'm a real estate investor in the USA. I focus on vacant lots/land in Florida. While housing at least on the lower end is actually picking up here, the land market is still very quiet. I can easily find lots that have lost 90% of their value since the market peak.

And IHMO they are worth at least 200-300% more, the market has just overshot to the downside. So I found this forum and would like to see if anyone thinks there is a market for this type of real estate in your part of the world. I only sell buildable property that I believe have intrinsic investment value, albeit it is definitely speculative. But so is trading stocks.
