info on agencies rent T Rasuna

Hi,

Is there any good listing of (real) agencies which offer apartments for rent in Taman Rasuna ? After some Googling, i am still stuck with either mobile numbers with no mail address, or owners who do not rent out for the short term. I am looking to rent from this day with monthly renewal.

I used to live in TR for a year.
If renting it for a year watch out for the prices...some people ask insane high rent.
I paid for a 3 bedroom appartment including service costs; 4 mio per month.(excluding water/electricity)
Also beware that 2 bedroom appartments sometimes are almost the same price as 3 bedrooms ones.
Prices for furnished apartments are sometimes also insane.... it might be a good idea to think if you do not want to buy some of the furniture as it is veyr cheap in Indonesia. If you calculate your spending and compare it with paying furnished apartment rent, usually you are way better off with buying own furniture.

For the electricity watch out with flat rate prices...some people make a lot of profit over that.
I lived in the apartment with 2 other adults (we work from 9-6)...our electricity plus water bill was averagely 300.000 rph per month.

Many agents advertize on the message boards at the apartment. It is free to enter.
All prices are negotiable, never pay the prices mentioned they are way to high.

Last tip; go live in Bakrie owned towers and not the so called luxurious ones under management of "sorry forgot the name". So when entering TR the towers in the back on the left side not the right ones.
The only difference between the 2 is a difference in management. Yes the lobby is more beautiful, but do you really make use of that?? The size seems to be the same according to both managements, but I really believe that the Bakrie ones are slightly bigger. The facilities are the same. The price difference is huge, so totally not worth it.

Rida is also a spammer. Patronizing her, in my opinion, will only encourage such unpleasant methods, and also calls into question her professionalism and integrity.

Okay. I am not obligated to defend her so I wont speak about her spamming. I rented an apartment from her and found her to be professional ''offline''. Thats all I am patronising out here. For online issues - I would trust the moderators to tackle it.

I also got a nasty, high-schoolish email from her after calling her to task for spamming. As far as I am concerned, her "offline" behavior is unprofessional, as well.
