There shouldn't be any problem from US immigration. By nephew has dual US and UK citizenship and travels in and out of the US with the American passport and in and out of the UK on the British one without any problems. It is legal to have dual citizenship in the UK so no questions should be asked.
The challenge is to be yourself in a world that is trying to make you like everyone else.

I think the OP's question needs a little more detail to be answered properly.
There should be no concern if the 4 year old girl travels to the US and enters on a US passport.
There will be concern if she is not accompanied by parents. The US is very reluctant to freely allow young people into the country without scrutinizing the reason for the entry.
So many children have been abducted by one parent, or other family members, that it causes suspicion.
I suggest having all documentation available, reasons practiced, and authority for the visit signed by both parents, if relevant.

I'm with Davita. OP does not even mention if the daughter is the bearer of a US passport already.

Actually, the OP stated they showed the "ina" one, but not the "us" one, clearly indicating the child has both. It's even indicated in the thread title.

My child has a US passport, we use it only to enter and exit the US immigration. Her passport never had any stamp from any other countries, as we use other passport to travel around. Never had any problem.

    Off topic, sorry.

You married royalty from the US? You've been scammed.

Back to the original question. We do the same thing - Japanese passport into Japan. US passport into US and Indonesia. So far no problems.
