Jakarta International Handicraft Trade Fair or so called INACRAFT is one of my fave event in a year

has come! theres loads of beautiful handcraft products, this is where I have my "kalap" moment as everything so pretty that I want to take everything home

Hall A & B, Lobby A & B, Cendrawasih Hall, Plenary Hall, Assembly Hall & Main Lobby Balai Sidang Jakarta Convention Center.

EVENT PROFILE
Inacraft (Jakarta International Handicraft Trade Fair) is considered as one of the largest handicraft exhibition in Asia and still the biggest in Indonesia. It is going to be held in the mid-year during the international buying season. There will be an enormous and a various number of handmade and fabricated handicrafts, from traditional and modern home industry or manufacturer, displayed at the exhibition.

VISITOR'S PROFILEBuyers, Importers, Traders, Hotel Owners, Art Galleries, Department Stores, Chain Stores, Distributors, Art Collectors, International Trade Agencies, Overseas Handicraft Associations, Antique Stores, etc.

EXHIBITOR'S PROFILEProfile for exhibit includes National and international wide handicraft producers/manufacturers & SME ranging from gift item, houseware, home garden decorative, toy & game, batik, embroidery, jewelry & germ stone, pottery, etc.

last week rearranging my closet I found 6 clothes with the price tag still on

It is .., and I like to attend such event too. But my little princesses have this Kartini festive, and mommy will be busy doing this and that for them.

Was there. I am in Soekarno Hatta at the moment.
Maybe good for the general public but quite disappointing for traders, IMHO. I way prefer the BIG in Bangkok which is held at the same time. My partner was in Bangkok while I was on duty in Jakarta. I am afraid that this year again the majority of our exports will be made from Thailand.

Usually, INACRAFT is held from Wednesday - Sunday, and for business/traders it is usually from Wednesday - Friday when the goods are still complete.

That's why I said that I was there. If you are trading, coming even friday would make no sense. Wednesday and thursday are much better and quieter. Most suppliers (bosses) are still there and you have time to talk.
