Not that the taxes being there is outrageous, but the fee looks like a ripoff for me. Changi, being one of the best in the world, if not the best, only charges like USD 50 for using its facilities and it sank to around USD 20 for its budget terminal, which is Stansted's Singaporean cousin....
Wow... almost a year ago...So much has changed in my life... in fact it is totally unrecognisable to what it was.
I have lost 2 of the most important people in my life, my plans to teach went straight out of the window, my plans for the street kids have had to be put on the back burner.
Those are the negatives...
the positives are that I have new people in my life and I have found some dear friends through this forum... so I have to say a big thanks for that.
Oh and I have my adorable puppy (I almost forgot him oops).
I am girding my loins still and wondering what the hell the next 12 months has in store for me...
Indonesia has hit me hard and made me cry made me laugh - but most of all it has made me LIVE!
I love the place as much today as when I arrived here for the first time last April.
Nakal but nice![]()
