This maybe outta topic, but does your cat could stand the extreme temperature at Europe ? I mean, your Indonesian cat used to live in this climate with steady-hot temperature....
Hello,
I am trying to prepare the paperwork to bring my Indonesian cat with me to Europe. I have contacted the agents but have found their service to be very expensive. I am wondering whether it is feasible to prepare all permits on my own.
If anyone has experience in doing so, please do provide feedback to the forum.
Thank you so much.

" Lemme get this straight. Killing one person is a murder, but killing a hundred thousand is a foreign policy ?"
Thanks for worrying. But I am going to Spain in the south of Europe. Temperatures there are quite high too.
The fee from agents might be expensive, but they do provide full service, don't they? You need a letter from the local authority in Balikpapan, then obtain an export permit from the ministry of agriculture in Jakarta. Prior to departure from Balikpapan you need a health certificate from the government vet and an EU health certificate has to be signed and stamped by government vet. One more thing, EU requires rabies titre test result greater than or equal to 0.5 IU/ml. And these test can only be done in an EU approved laboratory. Agents can provide you full service. So I think their price is equal to the service they offer.
civet cat found in Indonesia are a large group of mostly nocturnal mammals of the Old World family Viverridae those also comprises the mongoose . Civets are not true cats, but the civet family is related to the cat family (Felidae). Most civets have catlike bodies, long tails, and weasellike faces. Their fur may be gray or brown, and may be marked in various patterns. All civets have scent-producing glands, located in a double pouch near the genitals. They are famous for animal coffee beans. Civet Coffee is collected from coffee berry beans which have been digested by the Sumatran Asian palm civet. The Civet will only eat the ripest berries in the highlands for their fleshy pulp.
