PMA Company for Sale 6 Juta IDR excluding transfer fee

Let me clear this up, as my other post originally is causing a confusion.

The fee is charged for transfer is 12 million by the notary not me.
My Charge is 6 Million for company only.

You can buy a New Company for Approx 34 million + other minor cost, Not 20 million as Atlantis first put it.

RCS has hidden cost and other stuff will crop up soon as you sign up for the company. IF you don’t believe me, please go ahead and give them a try J

Iv lowered my cost to make it affordable, if transfer fee was something more reasonable like 2-3 million i would be charging 15 million min or more.
The fact is if i charge 22 million as originally posted on a different thread, it would not be feasible for the buyer at a total owner ship cost of 34 million.

RCS Total New Company cost 34 million approx. So the customer is better of not buying from me and going directly to create the company from scratch. However if i lower my cost down, it makes it more affordable and attractive to go for my offer rather them RCS.

As you can see, my original asking price was too high and would not sell at all i found out about the transfer cost at a later stage. Considering the buyer will have to add further transfer cost. It would be more ideal for the buyer to just start from scratch.


Reason for selling:

For me, Its been a waste of time and money. So lowering my asking price down to 6 Million (3 Million is a mistake) At least i don’t have to bother with the monthly tax returns. The company is healthy and not traded.

I was using this to sponsor me, but now moved into partnership with someone else and using that company to sponsor my kitas hence this company is no longer needed. I can cut my loss and walk away. Iv only lowered my cost due to the high transfer cost, otherwise i will would be asking for more.


So before anyway of you golden boys who have al the time in the world to chit chat like females on the forums all day....i think the above should explain it well enough.
Should you have the itch to try and hammer me with further questions? I should apologise in advance, i do not have the time for you guys. I'm not challenging the admin's decision, as I haven't seen the other posts that zak007 made.

But I must say that the troll-like behavior exhibited in this thread is just shocking. A fellow posts an offer to sell a business license. He's straightforward with it, if not 100% clear. I understood him fully from his second comment. There is pretty obviously an administrative fee of 12 million paid to the government when the license is transferred. His price has been adjusted as a result. Don't like it? Don't buy it!

Yet it seems like all the regulars have come out to nitpick his post to death and attack this guy in any way conceivable. Debating the logic of buying the license - really? If you're not interested, then why are you stringing him along with comment after comment? It's baiting, and it's a bit childish.

Now that I think about it, this behavior on the forums ISN'T that shocking - it's predictable. I've seen it many times (especially from certain users) and not said anything about it, but today I felt compelled. I understand people wanting to defend a forum/site that they enjoy and feel loyal to. But this is a pack mentality being displayed, and it ain't pretty. And it doesn't really do anyone any good, least of all the site.

PMA Company for Sale.

I have been using a PMA company to acquire a Visa in Indonesia and it's not in operation, It's still sponsoring me for Kitas. It has been dormant for over a year and in good conditions.

If anyone is interesting in setting them self's up with a Kitas in Indonesia and require a PMA company i am willing to sell mines for 6 Million Rupiah. There is no bank account associated to this company as its been dormant and not in operation. It is registered as a IT company. So you can work from home.

Since there is no bank account associated to this company, every month i submit a taxation reporting (Simple and Easy) as Null.

If i close it down it will cost me about 12 million better i just sell it to anyone who needs it saving me the cost.

I suggest that you edit your OP to modify the title (go to "edit post" then "go advanced"). It doesn't sound honest to me to advertise a price on a title and later double the price tag in the course of the thread.
What would you think of a shop openly doing this practice?
If I recall well, you have been advertising the sale of your PMA with a starting bid at 22 millions, then drop it to 3 millions to raise it again to 6/7 millions.

If you read carefully the thread you will notice that the OP dates from December 2010, about two years ago. Zak007's last connection to the server dates from June 2011. We can reasonnably consider that the PMA is no longer in his ownership if he was serious in his willingness to sell it.
