    In terms of swear word, the equivalent of the English F word is the N word (ngentot) in Jakartan dialect. The meaning is the same. Beware, it is much more offensive in Indonesian than F word in English.

    Funny, when I registered on the forum, I was going to use ngentot as my screen name but, thought "Djentot" would be less conspicuous...

    We have a swear famous word in Surabayan, its Dancuk. I think no one actually knows what the exact meaning of it or there is any specific meaning of the word, but it seems suffice to swear it and make other people got mad by it. Never use it though.

    I think it's from di+ancuk. Ancuk is equivalent to the English F word, so it's something like F****ed.

    Which might explain why I have issues learning :P From the earlier post, the "level" of swearing one can get here is quite innocent, which is why I still do most of my swearing in English or Dutch...

    Alia..Arek2 have different way of spelling that words huh, in my home ( Ngawi -Solo PP lol) its Jancuk... but I almost never swear unless someone really pissing me off ....but I have to make sure my kid is not near me when I say it..LOL
