How much wood would a woodchuck chuck
if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

lol.. just kidding. but it would be nice to find a translation for it that doesn't sound awkward

    Lemme try.

Saya hendak buang air besar. Dapatkah kamu membantu saya membersihkan pantat saya setelah saya selesai buang air?

    For an informal translation:
Mbak, saya mau e ek, kalo udah selesai saya panggil kamu, terus kamu cebokin saya ya!

    Get well soon, tjamail!

How do you say, "I don't think tjamail actually needed that to be translated"?

(I, on the other hand, understood 'buang air besar' and 'membersihkan pantat' but not 'boker' and 'cebok', so I have been ... enlightened.)

I know he was just teasing me, but this is the translation of your line, informally:
"Kayaknya si tjamail ngga butuh diterjemahin deh"
