Telkomsel (SimPati) Sim Card Cancelled, possible to reactivate?

Hi all,
As the title suggests, is it possible to reactivate a 'dead' simpati sim card?
Haven't used it for a long time, for some reason can still receive incoming calls, but when try to top-up it shows up with a 'not allowed'.
Anyone tried to 'resurrect' their dead cards? Maybe going to the Telkomsel office?

you can try to visit telkomsel customer service, maybe they can help you to reactivate that card using your first registration data.

You have to visit Telkomsel Grapari. If the period is still under 6 months, you can still reactivate it, maybe will have to pay administration fee. If it is more than 6 months, better you ask first if the number still available or already been sold to others. What I experienced was XL Sim Card. I paid 50k IDR to reactivate it.
