    [/COLOR][/COLOR]JavaCove Beach Hotel ([COLOR=blue][COLOR=blue]http://www.javacovebeachhotel.com[/COLOR][/COLOR]), a small boutique hotel in the village of Batu Karas, West Java, is seeking a Hotel Manager. The manager will be responsible for overseeing all hotel administration, staff coordination, food and beverage operations and reservation enquiries. The successful applicant will have:[COLOR=black][COLOR=windowtext]

    [/COLOR][/COLOR]* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, internet proficiency – IT experience would be an advantage);
    * Prior experience in the tourism/hospitality industry;
    * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise successfully with guests, local staff, and members of the local community;
    * Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia/English;
    * Experience living in Indonesia.[COLOR=black][COLOR=windowtext]

    [/COLOR][/COLOR]The 12-month contractual position is open to Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals, with a salary package offered in accordance with the successful applicant's skills and experience.[COLOR=black][COLOR=windowtext]

    Perhaps you missed the required job posting template at the top of the"Available Job Listing" category [URL="http://www.livinginindonesiaforum.org/showthread.php/428"]

    Among other things, it requires the posting of a salary range as part of job advertisements. You would be well advised to update your listing accordingly to avoid its summary deletion.
