        Ok these are some other things I need to know...

        Until what year the Strata Title Certificate ?

        The building is already occupied how many percent ?

        What's the Rent Rate in that building ?

        Who's the Developer ?

        When was it launched and at what price ?

        I've never bought an apartment in Surabaya yet so maybe your answers could give me a clearer picture about it...

          Until what year the Strata Title Certificate ? Strata title certificate 20 years start from Dec2010~Jan2011( depends on handover date )

          The building is already occupied how many percent ? 60-70% at weekend

          What's the Rent Rate in that building ? rent rate for non furnished apartment would be around 15-25million / year

          Who's the Developer ? Developer PT. Surya Bumimegah Sejahtera, Contractor PT.Wijaya Karya

          When was it launched and at what price ? 2009, price for unit only 170million.

            So the launcing Price is Rp.170jt and now its Rp.317jt... So the price went up by about 86% in less than 2 years right ?

            The rent returns is about 4.7% - 7.8% per year ?

            That's interesting...

            NB. What's the Service Charge per sqm there ?

              around 200K per month / unit. FYI Rp.317million include bed set, ac, wardrobe, tv set, water heater, all in ( the one in the website www.tanah88.com ) . if you want non furnished unit, it will cost around 230million.

                Oh ok... So its still a 35.3% increase (Non-Furnished) in less than 2 years so lets say about 17.65% per year... That's quiet impressive... Is the apartment market good in Surabaya ?

                Do they have bigger apartment in that building.. lets say from 70sqm - 85sqm ?
