Please recommend a good agent for apartment rental in Taman Rasuna in Kuningan

We don't have time to come to Jakarta to look for and check out apartments by ourselves due to our travel schedule, so we'd like to get some recommendations for an agent who can help us get an apartment in Taman Rasuna, or someone who has units to rent out:

Time: starting in mid-July, about July 15 or 16
Location: the 17th Tower of Taman Rasuna in Kuningan, 2-bedroom apartment
Floor: preferably above the 10th floor or higher
Environment: quiet and not facing the big street or mosque
Furniture: fully furnished
Facility: A/C and hot shower for sure
Utility: ready or very easy to set up (online billing and bill payment, etc.); we'll be getting our own cable/fast internet package

Get a friend or someone if possible to check the ads for you, otherwise you're going to pay WAY over the odds.
