  • Aw the chubby faced little idiot is coming here...

Cameron en route to Indonesia, ostensibly to assist in the war against ISIS ... yet I hear lots of murmurs about developing trade relationships.
So peeps do you think he is coming here to give or to try & take?

I saw one comment that said trade has been heading East for a while now.... Erm the UK's largest shipping company shipped out decades ago. People of the city it was based thought it had gone bust: nope it had gone East .... So why now Mister C - scared of the eurozone?

Hardly an idiot is he if he was unequivocally voted by the British people to be the Prime Minister of the UK twice in a row.

Indonesia buy its air defence systems and all sorts of other military equipment from the UK, why is he an idiot for going over and doing business? Indonesia are not able to make their own to the same standard. I doubt highly doubt ISIS would be the primary reason for going over there although it will probably come up, as heaps of impressionable indonesians boys are signing up daily

I take it from your comments you think he has something to give?

I think the UK is scared & wants to jump on the growing "Asian" bandwagon - things are grim over there.

The majority of the UK does not want him as Prime Minister, or the Tories to be in power.

Me neither, I don't like what the current government have been doing to make life harder for people like me - requiring all passport applications to be sent back to the UK leading to long waiting times, and gradually creating more hoops to jump through just to bring our wives to visit or stay in the UK.

And then you have got things like encouraging fracking, trying to destroy the unions so people can not strike and have to just accept being walked all over, destroying privacy and having no regard for human rights, and countless other things. 5 years is far too long for a government to be in power, the sooner they are gone, the better. The country needs a decent government, and needs change for the future. This current government is just dragging the country back in time.

I heard he will be coming over to discuss trade mainly, and that terror state will be included in conversation as it is a hot topic at the moment. He will be coming to take. As usual it will all be about money, money, money, and improving business/government relations, not improving the rights of the people of the two countries visiting each other and coming together.

Actually, he could do us a favour if he tries to get the 150% import tax on alcohol cancelled.

Indonesia wants to buy weapons from the UK, one of the UKs biggest industries is producing such weapons, so of course he's going to go over and do business. Nothing to do of being scared of anything, the UK has been selling stuff to Indonesia for years, including billions of dollars worth of air based military equipment. They are and have been a very good customer.

Me and my wife just got back to the UK recently. nothing grim here at all, its never been better; loads of work, loads of infrastructural improvements, loads of good places to eat and drink, clean and tidy. what more could we need? apart from restructuring inheritance tax...

Considering the british public just voted him (and them) in a few weeks ago, how did you figure that one out?

Well it is not hard to figure it out.

Have you not seen the election results? 37% of British people who voted in the recent election, voted for the Tories. That is hardly a majority. They won the majority of seats yes, and that is how they managed to sneak in.

But I was correct when I said the majority of the UK does not want that government. 63% of voters voted for different parties.

To be honest, I am quite surprised they still managed to get 37%, it is very hard to find anyone who supports them, so would be interesting to see where exactly those votes came from.

The only positive thing about them being in power is the clock is ticking. Less than 5 years to go now, just hope they don't destroy the country too much in that time.

So Chubby chops is on his way as we speak, how exciting, not to popular it seems in some circles, anybody got a better suggestion.

I do have a query here, if 63% didn't vote Tory, I assume you are including the SNP in that figure, so if it is possible I don't know, just take England and Scotland separately, what would the percentages be then, there is no way in a million years are the Scots going to vote Tory or the English vote SNP, so sadly we are stuck with Tories, but can anyone suggest a better alternative, Todays English newspapers are full of the latest scandals, the Speaker fiddling his expenses and the latest Lord Porn, we laugh at this lot here but they are children compared to UKs politicians
