  • Alcoholic Anonymous Members in Batam Indonesia

Sending a call out to anyone living in Batam Indonesia that might be a fellow member. I've found some groups in SIngapore, but as I work 6 days a week, this doesn't work out for me often. Would be great to know there are some others here with me in Batam.

Greetings. My name is KenW. I have been here in Batam for about 7 years. I am also an AA. If you are still out there give me a shout and perhaps we can get together.

Welcome to the Forum Ken and Sdog21. Its a great recommendation for this forum that it provides an avenue for you to connect. Kudos to Ken for putting yourself out there with a response and to Sdog21 for the courage to publicly acknowledge a need and reach out.

I asked around Batam for any AA meetings a while ago and nobody had a clue.
I had hoped the guys at Smiling Hills might have had an idea but apparently not.
No point in asking around in the Nagoya Entertainment District, although I bet there are a few candidates to be found there

It would be great to get a meeting going here in Batam. Save all the trips and related expenses traveling to Singapore.
