      Its Javanese dialect. More likely from the East part of Java, if am not mistaken.

        in english : Siti always eat bone

            That's Bahasa Sasak (from Lombok). My limited Sasak tells me that whoever it is, is asking how she is, and really wants to hear her voice (i.e. on the phone).
