a. Gemesin pengen nonjok. & b. Gemesin pengen nyium. — like Banana said, these two are slangs that don't make much sense and can't be translated
2. Gregetan. — This is one of those words with multiple meanings, so there may not be any good translation for it. AFAIK, it can mean being angry/annoyed in a playful way or a feeling that something lacks a certain unnameable thing (eg. kurang greget).
3. Iseng. — cheeky
4. Jail (suka ngisengin orang) — prankster
5. melongo / bengong / melamun — daydream
6. keserimpet / belibet — tongue-tied / tongue-twisted
7. keserempet mobil — hit by a car, as Scooter said. I realize this sounds a lot more serious than "keserempet". Perhaps this has to do with how slowly cars move in Indonesian traffic?
8. Gendong belakang — piggyback

Haha. Riyal belum ke Malaysia? Pusing/putar are switched there, just like bisa/boleh. So your signature would be about spin the bottle?

1. Gemesin : makes you anxious. can both be associated with positive or negative anxienty. ie: that jerk is so "gemesin" i want to punch him in the face. OR that girl is so "gemesin" i want to be her boyfriend
a. Gemesin pengen nonjok. pengen=want. nonjok=punch/hit. so this is a negative association
b. Gemesin pengen nyium. pengen=want. nyium=kiss. this is a positive association

3. Iseng. Prankster

4. Jail (suka ngisengin orang). Same as Iseng (Prankster)

6. keserimpet / belibet. tongue slip OR trip over an obstacle
