        Mr Whippy is what the ice-cream truck is called, to people of my age group-sounds really weird now that I think about it. It always played "greensleaves" melody loudly, and the truck was pink.
        Maybe just a Brisbane thing??? Depends on which part of Oz and what decade you went to primary school
