  • Removal from blacklist with red stamp

Hi all, has anyone here successfully removed themselves from the blacklist (with red stamp) and returned to the country? I'm looking for anyone who can give me advice, from their own experience, about how to approach this process with the Immigration Directorate.

My ban was for 1 year, which has since passed, but the formal process of applying for blacklist removal with the Immigration Directorate seems to be far more complicated than what I've read online. Any info from someone who has actually gone through it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

I never did it . Theoretically it is simple (just having someone to request the withdraw of your name from the list) , but I heard that sometimes Immigration officers have denied it (I don't know why) .
