  • Counsellor in Jakarta

Hi, apologies if I am posting this in the wrong section. I am writing to seek advice on finding an english-speaking counsellor in Jakarta (Central, South, or even in Banten etc.)? There is a personal preference for a counsellor that follows the person-centred approach, however overall any approach is fine. Thank you for any advice and tips.

Whatever you do, don't use ICAC House. They breach client confidentiality and are now being sued by an Australian. Very unprofessional.

However be warned that if you're looking for a child therapist like I was...she only works some week-day mornings hence useless for school-age kids...which are the majority that would need child therapists. Very frustrating.

Thanks WM. Doreen seems the most promising of all I've contacted her.

I tried to contact her but there's no answer. Is there any information about her?
                        Thank you.
