I don't know if this add is legit, enticing people to go to the USA but I have an Indonesian Brother-in Law who was ripped off by a similar site offering false promises of a new life in the USA.

Is this site legit or another false money making con?

Agents can help you with the process, which can be complicated, but they can't get you through the system if you are ineligible in the first place. I think what some sites do is to have you do an eligibility test on their site and then claim that you qualify. Later you find out that the immigration authorities in the desired destination disagree and there's little you can do about it. It's always a gamble.
