        I do think that if you open one, you can browse through Flickr to see them all by using the right arrow. Just not interested in old cameras or LP's.

                Ah. It looks more like a balg (gaiter?). This tool was probably used for macro photography. (To move the lens from the camera body.) If so, El_G can tell more.

                Nah, looking at it more, it is too heavy (cast iron) for that and the diameter isn't big enough for a lens. So it has to be some kind of drill extender for precise hole making. (Ikea wooden plug holes avant la lettre)
