All clubs have graphite golf shaft. Steel shaft on irons and wedge. Regular flex.
I just used the iron set only once at a driving range and never had a chance of hitting them on a golf course. So condition rating: 9.5/10!!!

I have edited the original post. I just added a hybrid to the set. Just to get an idea, I spent about $1500 on this set. Bought everything in the US.

The R1 driver is the tour version which is not sold at most retail stores. The difference is the standard retail R1 is 460cc. The tour version is 440cc. The serial number has an indication of Tour version.
