I was busy admiring myself this morning when I saw a slight hint of white on my luscious black hair. I was stunned when I realized what it is. WHITE HAIR! My first white hair. And I am just thir.... twenty five years old!

Had prepared myself for this, i knew it's coming, i knew it's the sign of maturity (duh, i could be mature without white hairs!), but still.. this is a big change. Just like first period moment. Big. So, I am officially mature now! What's next? Wrinkle?

"Good bye, moisturizing gel! Welcome anti-aging cream!" *SIGHS*

Been there, Ladies? Care to share?

oh no. I know exactly how you feel (and one does not need to be a lady to feel that)

But then I was relieved when I realised* that it was actually sun bleached, not grey!

I have a few silver strands in my hair and fine about them. The moment I find grey pubes though... I think I'll get a razor ready for when that moment comes.

Dream on.

No, its true. Cos I am the outdoors sort of person, tis only to be expected that my hair will get bleached from time to time.

I suspect as the years pass, you will be spending more time out-doors to maintain plausible deniability. (Remember that old Nixon phrase?)

CC & OCB: (Sigh) o well if you don't want to be as adventurous as me I guess you can do my basic and boring recipe: multi-colour your hair with several highlights and shades. If your basic hair colour is dark brown then highlight with several shades of colour from brown to blond. It's gorgeous and will disguise the grey hair well. When I started to work extremely under pressures I had one or two greys especially while I was admitted in an asylum. I met a really good hair stylist there, and voila!

I remember that something was bugging me so much yesterday, but i can't recall what it was. I felt better after banging my head several times to the wall.

(Parental advisory: Kids, don't try this at home!)

Consider your self lucky, CC..

You started to get this issue now in your ~ twenty five~ (cough : thirty two) years young ..
I got mine since about 10 years ago .. (I'm the same age as u .. so u do the math ... :) )
And it was not just one or two hairs... but a lotttttt..., like hundreds...! But luckily, they are inside hair, without u seperate the hair u wont see them. So going to salon to do the toning is my monthly routine ..

I had my hair coloured a couple of times in my life.. and both times I was bored to death!!!! Never again! Such a long and painfully boring process. I'll just go gray, what the heck. If it becomes really bad, I'll just go bald!

I like you was a bit sad to see grey hair, but Im even sadder now as on the top its all gone, just shiny, and I have to be careful as it gets sunburnt really easy
