Can somebody please put me out of my misery?

I've been searching for Caesar salad dressing in this town and have not been able to find it. Not even a single godamned bottle. Been to ranch market (kemang AND Grand Indo), a million foodmarts, that place behind Sarinah underneath Bakmi GM, Plaza Indo, Senayan city. NONE!!!! Any advice anyone? Short of me making it myself...Thanks.

P.S I actually found croutons....who eats croutons without caesar salads??

get some whole egg mayo, whole grain mustrd, anchovies and balsamic vingar. Use a power mixer to blend it all together. Its hard to give you quantities coz you do it by taste. I normally use about 3/4 cup of mayo, 2 to 3 anchovies and teaspoon of mustard then trickle and mix the balsmaic to taste. This was given to me from a avery sucessful chef in town. It is fantastic and easy!! blend th whole lot to together and if you dont like anchovies, you need to use them in this. It doesnt come out tasting fishy. It is very subtle.

Good luck.

1 free-range egg yolk
½ lemon (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/lemon), juice only
50ml/2fl oz double cream (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/double_cream)
50ml/2fl oz Greek yoghurt (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/yoghurt)
2 tbsp chopped anchovy
25g/1oz parmesan (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/parmesan_cheese), grated
salt and freshly ground black pepper (http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/black_pepper)
To make the dressing, in a large bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

I got that from the BBC Food website. Its very good.

Enjoy,

Ray:)
