Cook tuna

Hi all .

Because of my family and i come from ambon, so we'd like to cook something spicy and relates with fish especially tuna.

well, my sister in US used to send me some cans of tuna.

that tuna is tasteless, and i have to mix it up with seasoning in order to get new food and good taste.

commonly, i cook that to be sarden .

but i want to try another recipe.

any idea ?

There isn't one...best suggestion is to mix it with mie, lemon grass, garilc n lombok...still tastes bad...what I ate when I was in between jobs

Mix it in with the mack and cheese. I am curious why tins of tuna are being air lifted to Indonesia by sis, a nation of islands where the catch is abundant and fresh, including the tuna.

Yes, of course, both are available throughout Indonesia with the best fresh, in my opinion, at traditional markets. Makro, Giant, Carrefour and other up-scale markets have the frozen in the case, as well as fresh on ice.
