Back to Manado with a bottle of Blue Curaçao, here is what I am enjoying at the moment on my terrace...
4 cl of Absolut Vodka
1 cl of Blue Curaçao
2 cl of lemon juice
Poor 10 ice cubes in a shaker, the lemon juice, the curaçao and the vodka, close it and shake it. Tumble it in a glass... Enjoy aja...
Alternatively, you can shake it with Bombay Sapphire Dry Gin rather than Vodka, with a similar proportion.
For those who don't like their cocktail too strong, it can be lighten with 6 to 8 cl of lemonade instead of lemon juice but then, it shouldn't be shaked but just blended and stired in a glass.
You can decorate your glass with either a cherry or a lemon slice and a straw, but it ain't the most important...:)
