OK... so I posted the genuine request above 2 days ago, at the same time using their website form to place the same request.

Having heard nothing back from either attempt, I have taken my business elsewhere and hired a jeep from another agent. I suggest that if you guys want to stay in business you might consider responding to sales enquiries a little quicker.

I have experienced a similar pattern in attempts to contact businesses here through their web sites and email addresses. Frustratingly often I get absolutely nothing back. Having a web site and an email address seems to be just window dressing for many, a status symbol only -- like the young people in PIM conspicuously waving around their BBs.
