It was laptop but that was 18 months ago.
They were for a very poor Muslim school but I'm no longer in contact now I've moved away.

I used to run a 1-2 person operation for picking up used computer components that are reasonable (from people who upgrade) and making usable computers out of them. We would give them away or if the person can pay a little, they do. Some people end up helping us pick up and deliver things here and there.

- do people upgrade often here?
- do they sell their old stuff or does it just sit or get thrown away?
- how much of a need is there for cheap/free computers?
