Can anybody (ATLANTIS) tell me a good web site for downloading the above mentioned as well as Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri Hukum, Keputusan Presiden etc, etc. Most sites I`ve found wont download when klicked on. I have succeeded with a few but most wont have it!

Many, not to say most, are unreliable and are not updated fast enough. They don't mention amendments or even worse, they often won't signal if a law is or not not valid anymore. :( It won't give you a good lead IMHO.
I don't really use a particular website, but, if I want to research online, I usually use indonesian keywords to investigate a particular subject and check anything that match my keywords. I then confront it to the material I already have to understand if it has been amended or not.
The real trick is to find the hundreds of decrees taken in the various Directorate (Pajak, Imigrasi, Manpower,...etc) and ministries, because they are the one you will need to understand the whole picture. For this, I have spent quite a few hours researching infos directly in the law department of the ministry of Justice or Manpower in JKT. Still, I don't have all the material I'd like to... :( But I am everyday closer to it...:)

Addit: one also has to be very careful with some files found on the internet. Some have been "retyped" from original texts (lack of scanners I guess) and errors have been done. I recently found a very confusing mistake on a file I had about the Undang-Undang Perkawinan (marriage law). The persn who typed it made a major typing mistake which leaded to a possible major misinterpretation. It is wise to control your source by doubling it.;)

Only in bahasa but very comprehensive. As all Indonesian laws are, at best, imprecise, it is always advised to obtain legal counsel.
