Hi Everyone!

I have a question about living costs and such! I know that this is a variable subject but I am trying to figure out If i should take a position or not.

SO as to cash:

I am in Korea which isn't cheap I can live on with bills and rent play and such for about $1000-1500 USD a month no problem and if i watch my self I can save a lot.

In thailand I can live on about $500-800USD month and be fine in my life style. I do like to play a bit.

But, I have never been to Indo..... I have a good friend who married to a girl from indo and they visit 3-4 times a year. I am really sold on heading that way!! However, I cannot get an acurate picture of cost from them becuase they BOTH come from big money. SO our ideas have always been different.

Anyway

I was offered a position for 11.5mil rup a month plus 10mil housing a year in sermang.

Is this worth it? Could I live simalar to Korea or Thailand?

Where I live, easy..
There is recent info available in one of the threads on some of the costs of living in Jakarta that you could have a look at ..and of course it is all relative to your lifestyle... ;}
Why don't you take a holiday here at your friends place and get a more personal perspective.
Personaly, Thailand sounds better to me, from many angles.
