View Full Version : Lets get to know each other!
Hello people :)
Not sure if this has been done on here before, sorry if anyone has to repeat themselves but i thought it would be a good idea to say a bit about yourself, see if anyone has anything in common etc...
I want to try and make some friends for when i move out in August.
So...
Im Jess, 24, from the UK. I will be teaching English when i move, never been to Indo before and it will be my first teaching post so im nervous and excited!
I did 2 years of a 4 year degree in Fine Art, English Language and Teaching, i put the course to rest to travel. I will go back to it when the time is right.
I am a ballet dancer and a veggie. I like to explore and like converstaions that keep me listening. I could sit and listen to stories for hours and cartoons cheer me up!
Most of all i get on with every type of person and love to laugh.
Nice to 'meet' you all! xx
Arief, where are you?
either we scared him off or he's found someone else ;)

Hi, my name's Marmalade and I'm a talkoholic. From N. Ireland, via England and the mists of Hades where there be beasties, I am not great at spotting subtle signs of being ignored, like people putting their finger in their ears and shouting GO AWAY. Apart from that, I am an English teacher with a reasonably reputable institute and I like sending messages to people I am unlikely to ever meet. I am neither a ballet dancer or a vegetarian. I was in fact, briefly an Irish dancer and an ex-librarian. Close, huh?
Is it ok to talk absolute twaddle on this forum?
