For info:
My wife and i just spent a glorious three weeks in the Uma Sapna Villas in Seminyak, Bali.
It is a small 20 villa spa resort in Jl. Drupadi. It is a short walk to all of the restaurants and boutique stores in both Jl. Seminyak and Jl. Laksmana.

For IDR 1,142,000/night total, we were upgraded to a king bed and private pool villa with pre-booked breakfast served poolside, at our convenience; plus free shuttle to/from the airport.

The staff could not do enough and wore constant smiles. The pristine white sheets were changed daily; my wife felt like Oprah! :)

I wouldn't recommend it for people with young kids as it is a quiet retreat and not much for kids to do.

Within the grounds there is a beautiful art gallery and I do recommend the 6+ newer villas surrounding this gallery. They were fully booked when we were there due to holiday time and they may be a little more pricey. However, the room we had was delightful.

We will return to Uma Sapna in a heartbeat but next time I'm getting me a scooter/mobike, like all the other Bules in Bali.

Hope this helps and I'd be happy to answer questions.

For Rp$1.1juta/nite it sounds about right...
