Investors Needed

Hello,
I am new to this forum. Please let me know if this is not the right place to post this requirement. I am looking for investor(s). I am willing to to give a fixed return of 10% per year on USD/INR, not sure if it is a good return for Indonesia. I am doing a very prestigious land development project in India with concept of Farm House, Driving Range (Golf), Gliding club and Resort.
We have already acquired the land and road construction will start in two months. Please let me know how can I find investors in Indonesia. Well the fact is it dose not matter where the investors are so long they are seriuos.
Please advice.

Sorry Inmedan. As I said earlier, I am not aware of the return rate in Indonasia. Can you please let me know what type of return is a good retun in Indonasia? Is there any link to find out inflation rate and bank rate in Indonesia?

In February 2009 the inflation rate calculated by Bank Indonesia for the last 12 months period was 8,60% (http://www.bi.go.id/web/id/Moneter/Inflasi/) while we were still able to contract deposit term in banks at over 12% (http://www.bukopin.co.id/ID/index.cfm) (special rates available after nego) a year. Hence my "very bad" vote on your poll.
