Online Indonesia Forms

Does anyone know where online I can find downloadable PDF forms for making an Indonesian Passport for a child so that I can fill them out before going to the Kantor Imigrasi.

I am afraid Mattyboy43 that you won't find such website for a request that has to be initiated inside Indonesia (KBRI outside do offer a downloading solutions for forms, but these forms are to be used for request to the relevant KBRI). What you can do is send someone to pick up the forms and fill them at home. When you have all the requested documents, go to the KanIm with your little boy and bring stuff to make him confortable and patient... Making a paspor RI is not yet very fast. :(
The DitJen Imigrasi is trying to implement an online passport pre-application... I have tried it with my wife for one of our son's passport and for my wife's passport but none of the requests gave us any positive return.
