Hi...

Ive been using IM3 for my handphone provider for the last 4 years... I have lived in the same house, worked in the same building all that time.

But suddenly my handphone doesnt seem to want to recieve/make calls, browse the internet if I'm inside the office building since Monday. I walk 30 metres away from the building and it works fine. Then I get the sms's saying a certain person has been trying to call me, or sms's that were sent hours ago now come in.... It only happens at the office, anywhere else and there is no problems.

Has anybody experienced any troubles with IM3 lately, I've heard their servers/signals are having problems at the moment.

Can any shed anyone light on this? Are the server problems true...or just rumours????

I had problems with Im3..... been using it for 4 years too then all of a sudden I can't use it from my house.... but it works fine near my inlaws (which is only a 5min walk)

my husband also lost IM3 coverage.... no signal whatso-ever .... when we made a complain to Indosat they offered a new sim card with the same number but charged 10K..... when really it wasn't our fault.... It's not the cost of how much it is but service.....

We both changed providers....

Hmm interesting... whats the indosat complaint line phone number??? We are leaving Indonesia in July and I really dont want to change numbers now...!!!

just try from your mobile phone....... its free or if there is an Indosat centre close to you, might want to drop by....
