Required – Human Resources Manager at the award-winning Nihiwatu Resort, Sumba.
The successful applicant should have the following qualities and experience:
Human Resources
•Indonesian citizen.
•Comfortable spending extended periods of time in a remote location.
•Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and
procedures.
•Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, and health and safety.
•Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary
procedures and absence management.
•Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
•Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
•Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
•Interview will be in Bali, all negotiation will be depent on you and them (Nihiwatu)
