Definitely a big NO on what u mentioned Meili.......
hmm, even if my husband told me it's okay to look into his email/phone/facebook, i don't think i want to.
we've all had separate pasts like old gfs/bfs and events that we all regret, so looking for them won't really solve anything.
as for work, some workplaces make you sign a disclosure that they're entitled to see what exactly you're doing at work.
i've worked at an office that had a computer program called Spector and it takes snapshots of your computer screen every few seconds or so.
a few employees got fired because they were spending too much time on facebook/youtube and chatting about non-work related things.

could ur gf open ur cellphone n look for message? - in my case, husband, Sure. I don't mind. We dont have anything to hide and vice versa.
or could ur boss open ur Yahoo account and copied the history of conversation during all day u working?- NO NO NO NO NO NO. I used to work for a company that does not allow their employees to chat or browse during working hours, so they simply block that facility. But NO, one's superior is not allowed to open your yahoo account and copy your conversation except if they were given the permission to do so in the first place.
That's what the privacy protection software are for.
too bad to be true, there is someone very annoying and she wanna be the president/ head for lasting empire so she was terrified from all employee's gossip and copied my friend's YM OMG, and give report of something unneccesary to Owner.
very tricky she asked permittion to use the computer and hide to copy our conversation then...ckck
i would like to know how to revenge this one? or how about ur opinion?

Did she do that to others, too??
If yes, why dont your friend be honest to the owner without him/her asking about it first.
Or simply, resign using that as a reason.
i can't say anything about her more, hard to believe someone still did it nowdays
